on all multi fuel and wood burning stoves from The Stove
House Collection
Delivery When you place your order with The Stove
House you will be informed within 24 hours whether your stove choice
is in stock,
either by email or by telephone. If the stove is in stock at
our warehouse, then once your payment has been cleared, delivery by our
partner carrier
will be authorised immediately. Because of the large size and
tremendous weight of a cast iron stove we have to keep delivery costs
to a minimum
and therefore we use a 4 to 5 working day delivery service.
Deliveries will normally be made with a large truck which has
a tail-lift and then via a pallet truck. If you think that we may have
difficulty delivering your stove then you must advise us at the time of
placing your order so that we can hopefully make suitable alternative arrangements.
Steps, deep gravel drives, narrow lanes etc could be potentially problematic.
In such instances where a delivery fails because you have not informed
us of any likely problems then we must reserve the right to charge you
for the failed delivery. Please also ensure that there will be someone
at the property to help the driver unload and safely stow your stove.
We deliver to United Kingdom including mainland Engalnd, Wales, Isle of Man, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Certain areas are charged carriage depending on courier charges, please contact us if you are uncertain of delivery costs if in Scotland or Isle of Man.
Stocks
We always keep good stocks of of our stoves available, particularly
the popular lower and mid priced models. Unfortunately and
very occasionally, we may be awaiting delivery of some of the
higher value items. In these
cases we will immediately advise you of the likely delivery
timescale before we begin processing your order. Please note
that enamelled stoves
are manufactured to order and therefore take around 4 to 5
weeks for delivery.
Receiving your stove
Only sign for your stove once you are satisfied that it has
been delivered in good condition. Feel free to quickly unpack and examine
it whilst the delivery man waits. In the unlikely event of the stove incurring
damage during transit please inform us immediately. Remember we want to
make sure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase from The Stove
House.
